We acquire land and investments, undertake high quality developments, provide investment opportunities and mortgage finance. Our business has grown rapidly. It now includes a residential and commercial investment portfolio valued in excess of £30 million, a new build development programme of £45million and a substantial development pipeline in the capable hands of our land and new homes team. And the group is growing – in the last year we have added design and financial services to our portfolio, and recently established a company to specialise in mixed-use, regeneration and commercial opportunities.
