Office Manager

Jane came on board in September 2005 to implement the office and administration systems for the future growth of the Rigsby Group. Her forté lies in her ability to organise and multi-task in order to keep the office running smoothly, which comes from 20 years experience working as a PA and Office Manager at director level within the construction, housing and IT industries.

Chris Ault
Senior Technical Manager

Bringing a wealth of experience from his career in architectural practice, Chris joined Rigsby New Homes in the summer of 2005. Faced with constantly changing legislation and environmental issues within the construction industry, his role is to co-ordinate delivery of technical solutions to our Land, Design and Construction departments.

Fiona Miller
Architectural Technician

As a key member of the design team, Fiona has made an important contribution to the smooth running of the design & technical department since joining Rigsby in January 2006. With a background in the commercial sector working in Australia, Africa & now England she has now broadened her horizons into the residential sector. Qualifications in Architecture and Interior Design, together with flair and experience has helped her to deliver a number of our prestigious schemes now under construction.

Chris Mattley
Development Manager

Chris joined the Rigsby Group in the summer of 2006 as Development Manager with the aim of consolidating its land bank and expanding the number of outlets. With nearly 25 years experience of the development process from land acquisition through pre-development to sales, Chris has worked right across London and the Home Counties with many of the major housebuilders including Crest Nicholson, Taylor Woodrow, and Bryant. Latterly he has applied his experience within new and growing companies, where Rigsby New Homes is his latest challenge.

Colin Stacey
Contracts Manager

Colin joined the Rigsby Group in January 2007 to head up the construction division of Rigsby New Homes Ltd. Colin has over 20 years experience in construction, both on the tools and for the last twelve years in construction management, working for amongst others, George Wimpey, Barratt West London and St. James Homes. ColinÃs role is to ensure our construction sites run in accordance with NHBC legislation, comply with relevant Health & Safety regulations and are built to the highest quality of workmanship.

Zoe Monk
Director

Zoe joined the Rigsby Group in September 2006, and is a one of the founders of Rigsby Finance. With 10 years experience in the industry and holding FSA and Cemap qualifications, she has knowledge of a wide range of mortgage products and an excellent network of lenders. She has dealt with various instructions across domestic, buy-to-let and commercial properties, with loans ranging from £100k to £3.5m.

Dermot Whelan
Group Land Director

As a co-founder Rigsby Venture Partners, Dermot joined the Rigsby Group at the start of 2007 to expand the groupÃs activities into commercial, mixed-use and regeneration projects. His 15 year career spans both the commercial and residential sectors, with schemes as varied as shopping centres and business parks to the regeneration of housing estates and major residential projects. With this diverse background Dermot is accustomed to working with a range of stakeholders and is familiar with the various complexities shaping todayÃs development industry such as mixed uses, affordable housing and joint ventures.

Laura Hill
Associate Director

Laura Joined Rigsbygroup in 2004 and oversees the interior design and specification for each new home. Working with leading designers and suppliers in this field, Laura ensures that every home we build exceeds our customer's expectations and creates a lifestyle, not just a home.

Hilary Yorke
Operations Manager

With a background in accounting and corporate finance, Hilary joined Rigsby Group in the summer of 2005.Ð Hilary works alongside the group MD providing high level administrative support across the group.Ð This includes managing the accounting function and financial management reporting, maintaining existing business relationships with external partners and financial institutions; and assisting with financial planning, strategy development and execution for new and existing development projects throughout their lifecycles

Jason Lee
Assitant Design & Planning Manger

Jason joined the Rigsby Group at the beginning of April 2007 to assist the land and design teams. He has over 9 years experience in residential development, both new-build and conversion, as well as an extensive knowledge of the South East property market. With qualifications in building design he has previously worked at Berkeley Homes, Persimmon Homes & CALA Homes.

Sam Warren
Procurement Manager

Sam joined Rigsby New Homes in late 2006 with the aim of expanding and organising the companyÃs buying power and resources. He has over 6 years experience working for Costain Limited on projects with Thames Water and Atomic Weapon Establishments. Whilst with Costain he took on a wealth of young experience to help the Project Development Team become ever more efficient and commercially successful.

Gordon Badnell
Consultant Architect

Consultant Architect to Rigsby Design and Rigsby Venture Partners, Gordon joined the Rigsby Group in July 2005. With a career spanning 50 years Gordon has been responsible for an array of projects spanning commerce, industry, hotels, healthcare, retail, religious buildings, private and affordable housing. He has gained experience in the public sector and in industry, followed by many years of partnership in private practice before bringing his wealth of knowledge to the Rigsby Group.

David Quevillart
Design and Planning Manager

David joined the Rigsby Group at the beginning of March 2007 to head the design team. He has over 25 years experience in residential development, running projects as diverse as domestic extensions to major regeneration projects. He has worked at Berkeley, Cala and Try Homes and architectural practices in the Thames Valley, and is used to dealing with the various matters affecting todayÃs planning and development industry.

Steve Barry
Projects Director

Steve joined the Rigsby Group at the start of 2006 with the task of managing the on-site delivery side of the business. With over 17 years experience in the commercial building sector, gained from a background of blue chip construction firms, he has worked on a variety of different projects from office blocks to hotels and housing developments. He brings with him a vast knowledge of different construction techniques and is keen to promote innovation as an important part in delivering the groupÃs projects.

Tom Carroll
After-Sales Manager

Tom joined the Rigsby finance team in early October 2006. Previously he worked for a high street lender having joined them as a graduate trainee. Deciding he wanted to specialize in mortgage lending, he subsequently made the switch and brought with him experience of all aspects of the credit business and a valuable knowledge of the lenders that he now liaises with on behalf of our clients. This background and current training ensures support to our customers through out the whole mortgage process.

Mark Entwistle
Group Managing Director

Mark is the founder and sole shareholder of Rigsby Group Limited, and is responsible for creating the brand and the developing the business model into its current day form. His investment in property started 20 years ago and has given the group its foundation for the growth over the last 5 years, with its expansion into development, design and finance. With 145 new homes currently in the pipeline he is realising his ambition to deliver 150 homes per year by 2009. Central to this is his focus on builidng a group of high caliber people, fostering an environment where they want to work, and together delivering a high quality product and service for the Group's customers.
